At Malone, we like to think that we are not just selling a product. We are providing the best long term solution for your transport needs.

This promise starts with an array of simple to use carriers systems and sport trailers with easily understood instructions and demonstration videos for installation and transportation.

It continues with our Lifetime Warranty. If for any reason, there is a problem with your lifetime guaranteed Malone product, we will replace it. Simply fill out the fields below and send the product back to Malone. We will ship you a replacement product or part as needed free of charge.

And finally, your transport needs will change over time. If you decide to replace your aging system with the newest and latest Malone innovation, you can send any Malone product back to us for green disposal under the Malone Recycling Program. This process is made possible through a partnership with EcoMaine, a new state of the art recycling facility located here in Maine.

This lifetime warranty applies to all of our kayak and canoe carriers including the AutoLoader, SeaWing and accompanying Stinger Load Assist Module, Saddle Up Pro, Stax Pro, Big Foot Pro and J Dock Storage system.

Our MicroSport Trailer is covered with an extended Five Year Warranty and any other Malone product including all foam and strap lines are covered under a One Year Warranty.
